Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to identify a provider, or consortium of providers, to deliver a pilot leadership development programme for those next in line for a senior management position, or with the potential to become senior managers, within the construction industry in Northern Ireland. The programme should assist the industry to meet current and future challenges and will address the strategic and leadership behaviours required at senior level and generally build managerial capability within participating companies. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. The closing date for return of tenders is 3pm on Friday 22 May 2015. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
