CITB Construction Skills NI - Provision of Legal Services

Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), on behalf of the CITB ConstructionSkills intends to establish a Framework Agreement for Legal Services. The Framework will be split into two categories •Category 1 – Legal Services for Levy and Sundry Debt; and •Category 2 – General Legal Services. CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland (the trading name of the Construction Industry Training Board) is a Non Departmental Public Body based at Nutts Corner Training Centre, Crumlin. CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland provides over 1250 construction employers in NI with services and grant aid for training through its 34 staff. Under the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 CITB levies construction employers in the construction industry.
