Tender description
The Tri-borough Public Health Service is seeking to commission a service provider to deliver the Services for the population of the City of Westminster, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the ‘Tri-borough’). The aim of the Services is to reduce the prevalence of child obesity in the Tri-borough and help children, young people and their families achieve positive healthy eating and physical activity habits and subsequent weight management.
