Tender description

Centro (West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive) is looking to qualifiy either 1, 3 or 4 companies to each Lot of a 3 Lot framework agreement to run for no longer than 4 years. This will cover all of Centro's Smartcard consultancy requirements to develop its aspirations for future Smartcard projects. The 3 Lots are as follows: Lot 1 - Smartcard Expertise. Lot 2 - Provision of Technical, Testing & Project Management Lot 3 - Provision of Commercial Support Each piece of work will be awarded via a suitable mini competition process or a direct award, as appropriate. The Framework Agreement is expected to commence in August / September 2013.
