Tender description

The Contracting Authority invites candidates to complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire for the provision of Civil and Structural Engineer services, which shall include the following scope: 1. Civil Engineer 2. Structural Engineer 3. Traffic, Highways and Transport Engineer The Contracting Authority will also procure the following services under separate OJEU notices, with the intention that the consultants providing these services will also be appointed in October 2017. The estimated duration of the programme to completion of RIBA Stage 6 is 9.5 years. Subject to the right of the Contracting Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to vary the contract, the maximum length of the contract shall be that which is required to deliver the programme to completion of RIBA Stage 6 plus relevant services to support the Soft Landings. Shortlisted candidates will therefore be invited to tender for services up to and completion of RIBA stage 6 and the co-ordination of review of the developed design under Soft Landings.
