CCEA - Provision of Legal Services

Tender description

The Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (the Council) seeks to establish two separate framework agreements for the provision of Legal Services: - • Lot 1 - Employment Matters Contracts, policy, procedures, organisational change, tribunals and dispute resolution • Lot 2 - General Legal Matters General Litigation, Commercial/Contract Law and Procurement Matters, Freedom of Information Legislation and Data Protection Legislation, Property Matters, Environmental Matters, Equality and Health and Safety Matters Tenderers may tender for one or both lots; with a separate tender submission required for each. Both Lots will be awarded for an initial contract period of two years with an option to extend for one further one year period.
