Tender description

LUPC, acting as the Consortium, is working with the other Universities Purchasing Consortia (UPC), The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO), and their respective Member Institutions, to establish a National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Catering Consultancy Services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Framework covers a broad range of catering consultancy services in order to meet the various requirements of the Consortia Member Institutions. The Consultancy Services required are: Operational Catering Reviews Strategic Catering Reviews Tendering Support Catering Capital Projects Menu Design Branding Recruitment Compliance Contract Monitoring Catering related IT Systems You are not required to self-deliver all of these services, but you will score higher if you do so. Sub-contracting is an option for some services.
