Case Management (HR Line Manager advice)

Tender description

The BBC is currently considering the outsourcing of the provision of HR Advice, Guidance and Case Management services that is currently provided in-house and is seeking expressions of interest from the market. The service will provide BBC line managers with professional and legally compliant advice, guidance and full case management services on UK BBC HR Policies covering those aspects of the employee life cycle that are relevant to their people management responsibilities. Examples will include: Managing Performance Managing Behaviour Managing Employee Concerns that are raised with managers e.g. Discrimination Sickness Absence Other Absence e.g. family related leave, career breaks Terms and Conditions of Employment Changes in Role Leavers Note this is not transactional HR services.
