Tender description
The Trust requires a technology solution that will support the issuance of Trust Parking Permits (TPPs), based on a set of business rules with weighted scoring for each site. Parking permits will initially be issued for 10 sites but eventually over 50 sites may be covered. A draft specification is included with the PQQ documents, but the final specification – expected to be broadly similar – will be issued with the tender documents.
