Tender description

The Building Effective Leadership Programme is an element of programme 1.1 under Priority 1 Investing in Leadership. The aim of the programme is to support volunteers from local community organisations or who are involved in local community activity to develop their skills and to help their community groups take simple everyday actions that will benefit themselves and help create a fairer and safer community at the same time. Through the provision of accredited training and cross community discussion workshops and residentials the programme will facilitate participants to develop the skills necessary for leading their community to take action which will make a real difference now and in the future.
