The new two-floor food court within the building will house, the Student Union Lounge Bar and multi-food outlets on the Lower ground floor and this Retail Outlet opportunity on the Upper ground floor overlooking the food court. The new development will be a center for student focused activities from Student Wellbeing, Global Lounge, Study Center, and the main place for the academics, professional services teams and students to meet, chat and relax in the heart of the campus. This Retail Outlet would suit a local catering business, coffee roastery or independent company wishing to expand into the Higher Education sector.
