Tender description

The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) is committed to the development of the necessary people, technologies and systems required for the continuing growth of the agri-food industry. It operates from 3 campuses based at Enniskillen (including Necarne Castle), Greenmount near Antrim and Loughry near Cookstown. Details of the courses provided at the three Campuses can be found on www.cafre.ac.uk. The student year is normally from September to June with two weeks holidays at Christmas, two weeks at Easter and one week mid semester break in each semester. The exact dates differ from course to course. Fewer students are on campus on Wednesday and Friday afternoons due to the absence of timetabled classes. The Department now wishes to appoint a single service provider to deliver catering, cleaning, waste management and security services as specified at each of its campuses. Sub-contracting is acceptable for elements of the service but must be clearly detailed in tender submission.
