Tender description

Northern Ireland Electricity Limited (NIE) seeks to establish panels of legal expertise (each being referred to as a “Framework Panel” ) for the following specialist areas:- Lot 1 – Energy Specific Lot 2 – Northern Ireland Land and Property Lot 3 – Employment Lot 4 - Litigation, Health & Safety and Compliance Lot 5 – Procurement and Commercial • A maximum of four legal practices will be placed on a Framework Panel for each Lot; • NIE invites tenders for all of the above lots with no restrictions on the number of Lots that can be tendered for; • A separate tender submission is required for each Lot, and; • Each legal practice successfully placed on a Framework Panel for any of the above Lots will hereinafter be referred to as a “Panel Member”.
