Tender description

NI Water must ensure its monitoring systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner. This requires an efficient, accurate and timely full media monitoring service (print, AV and social media). The service should include: • Monitoring the print media coverage in a range of UK and Ireland newspaper, trade and magazine publications as agreed with NI Water. • An efficient, accurate and timely AV media monitoring service that will ensure NI Water’s press office have access to relevant radio and television broadcasts as and when required. The service provider will also be required to alert NI Water’s press office to relevant radio and television broadcast coverage. • Social media monitoring covering all the major social media portals including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, forums, discussion boards, video sites, online news/editorial content and other channels which emerge and develop. • Evaluation tools to enable NI Water to produce in-house reports and the media monitoring company to produce reports on any of NI Water’s media monitoring services.
