C745 – Maintenance and Repairs to existing Fire Alarm Systems & Security, Access

Tender description

Northern Ireland Water invites tenders for Maintenance and Repairs to existing Fire Alarm Systems & Security, Access Control, Intruder and CCTV Systems at sites throughout Northern Ireland. The tender is split into 4 lots Lot 1 – Repair and maintenance of fire and security/ intruder alarm systems including but not limited to sensors and contacts, sensor covers, terminal boxes, wiring and fixing, alarms, power supplies and batteries. Lot 2 – Repair and maintenance of access control systems including but not limited to hydraulic door and gate access systems, router, card / fob readers, keypad door lock, telephone / audio / video door entry electrical installations. Lot 3 – Repair and maintenance of CCTV systems including but not limited to cameras and recording devices. Lot 4 – Repair and maintenance of systems at enhanced security sites/ CNI sites.
