Tender description

The services requirement is as follows:- a) 24/7 Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) planned maintenance and first response and reactive repair. "First response" repair means first time repair and if required follow on work to complete the repair. This will include, but shall not be limited to planned maintenance and first response and reactive repair across NI Water’s wide range of assets and equipment (e.g. pumps, screening equipment, RBC’s, compressors and blowers, vacuum systems, valves and pipework, gearboxes, fabrication, machining, mixers, macerators, structures, instrumentation, a wide variety of motor starters, control and automation equipment, analytical, flow meters etc.) of a wide variety of makes and models of equipment in accordance with all current legislation/ regulations, WIMES specifications, manufacturer recommendations etc, b) Any other mechanical, electrical and ICA installation, planned and reactive repair/ maintenance type work.
