C713 - Independent Assessment of NI Water's PC15 Submissions

Tender description

Purpose of the assignment – NI Water wishes to engage a subject matter expert to conduct an independent assessment and prepare a high level report for the NI Water Board at each of the following three key stages of the PC15 process: 1) NI Water PC15 Business Plan (BP) 2) NI Water Response to the UR Draft Determination (DD) and 3) NI Water findings and recommendations following review of the UR Final Determination (FD).
