Tender description

NI Water invites tenders for the provision of Reporter Services. The proposed contract covers the provision of Reporter services for an initial period of 4 years from 17 December 2013 to 16 December 2017, with possible extension of up to 2 single additional years. The Reporter’s duties will include the review/audit of the following key regulatory submissions: • Annual Information Returns (AIR) and Systems of Planning and Internal Control report (SPIC) in July 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017; • PC15 business plan (including costs base, special factors and capital maintenance economic return) in March 2014; • Sustainable economic level of leakage audit; • Principal Statements in January 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017; • Procurement Activity Reports in July 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017; • Procurement Plans in March 2015 and September 2016; • Ad hoc reviews as directed by the Utility Regulator – this could include technical assessments to support the Utility Regulator on work on appeals and determinations (at the discretion of the Utility Regulator, who may consider direct appointments).
