C676- Appointment of Reporter

Tender description

Appointment of Reporter for NI Water. During the proposed initial contract period, the Reporter will be required to report to the Utility Regulator on the following regulatory reviews: • Annual Information Returns (AIR) and Systems of Planning and Internal Control (SPIC) reports; • PC15 business plan (including costs base, special factors and capital maintenance economic return); • Sustainable economic level of leakage audit; • Principal Statements; • Procurement Activity Reports; • Procurement Plans; • Ad hoc reviews as directed by the Utility Regulator. All reporting activities shall be undertaken in line with the Utility Regulator’s Reporter Protocol and as specifically directed by the Utility Regulator.
