This market engagement seeks to explore a targeted programme to develop our people managers as part of the development of our organisation. We want our managers to bring the best out of all our colleagues and transform the way our employees work and add value to the organisation. We are looking to source a flexible, iterative organisational development partner and programme that will bring demonstratable results from day one. We are looking to see real innovation, and a commitment for our partner to get as close to Ofcom managers as possible – the programme must break down the ‘knowing’ and ‘doing’ barrier so that managers quickly put their learning into practice.
