Tender description

Translink is the brand name for the public transport operating companies in Northern Ireland. These include the companies of Ulsterbus, Metro, Northern Ireland Railways and NITHC. Translink comprises of approximately 160 locations and over 400 buildings. The properties range from large multi story office blocks, bus & rail stations, engineering workshops, bus parks and railway halts that are located all over Northern Ireland and an Ulsterbus depot in Scotland. Please note PQQ closing date of 1500 hours Wednesday 24 April 2013 The aim of this tender exercise is to establish Framework Arrangements whereby suitably qualified contractors will carry out Building services - Mechanical capital works to all its locations. The works will be of multiple small projects of varying nature with an anticipated yearly spend of between £150,000 - £ 250,000.
