Tender description

The contract will be governed by JCT contract form. Project has 4 distinctive areas of work Area 1 - New Rear Entrance & Hall Area 2 - Fit Out of Ground Floor Unit Area 3 - Fit Out of First Floor Area Area 4 - Existing First Floor Office 2. Install new suspended ceiling and Air conditioning unit The client anticipates all 4 areas will be completed as part of this project, however should budget availability restrictions be implemented the Client reserves the right to select only certain areas mentioned above for completion. It is essential you submit a work programme at this stage to demonstrate all works above can be completed by Friday 6th February 2015. For confirmation the contract will be awarded as one, a separate contractor will not be appointed for each area.
