Tender description
The aim of this procurement is to establish framework agreements with appropriate professional consultants, to support UoB in its delivery of high quality estate development, maintenance and management services. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreements will be concluded in time to call off appointments for services from Quarter 1 2017 to support the new build and refurbishment capital programme.
