Tender description

The contract shall be for the modification and upgrade of an existing plantroom to facilitate the installation of new gas fired boilers including the supply, installation and commissioning of three number high efficiency gas fired condensing boilers and associated flues in Carrickfergus Health Centre. The works shall incorporate all boiler controls, including upgrading Building Energy Management System, electrical, mechanical and builder's attendances to utilise the exiisting plantroom. Adequate lighting and access and egress shall be provided to enable the boilers to be maintained in a safe and efficient manner. The refurbishment and conversion of the former canteen area to provide an open plan office environment cabled for power supply and connection to the existing telecoms and IT network.
