Block G2 Refurbishment, Coleraine campus

Tender description

The University invites applications from Building Contractors for the refurbishment of Block G2, Coleraine Campus. The refurbishment extends over three floors and it is intended to provide a mix of specialist teaching and academic office space. The works will include: demolition; creating roof lights in existing roof; internal alterations; decoration and finishes; and alteration and or upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical installations. There are rooms not being refurbished on ground floor that will remain occupied alongside adjacent blocks G1 and G3. It is anticipated that the works will commence in late June 2014 and complete in December 2014.
