Block BC Basement Works (Greater Belfast Development Project)

Tender description

The Works to be performed pursuant to the Construction Contract involve the design, excavation and construction of the basement area for Block BC including retaining structures and all piling operations across the footprint of Block BC, the disposal of all arisings offsite and all associated works. The Works may also require the provision of Mechanical Building Services, Electrical Building Services, Piling & Ground Works, Civil & Structural Design, M&E Building Services Design.
