Tender description

Tenders are invited from prospective bidders for inclusion on a Contractor Framework, for the provision of building, repair and other build and design services, on behalf of Birmingham Childrens Hospital. The Framework shall last for a total of 4-years, and shall have 7 lots, which includes: -Mechanical; -Plumbing; -Electrical; -Carpentry / Joinery (including windows and doors) -General Building; -Decorating; -Flooring. Bidders are invited to submit a tender for one or more lots, as appropriate to their own capabilities. A maximum of three bidders per lot shall then be appointed to the framework.
