Tender description
This Project is for: Upgrade to the ground floor and, level 3 of Bostock House to include workshops, stores, offices, sanitary accommodation and associated facilities for Estates staff. The works may involve surveying and removal of asbestos within the building. (The specialist, named, asbestos subcontractor must be confirmed at ITT stage.) Modifications to mechanical and electrical services within and passing through the building will also be required.
