Tender description
The Food Production Kitchen at Knockbracken Health Care Park provides meals for the majority of Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and the meals on wheel service for approximately 50% of Northern Ireland. The kitchen was completely refurbished in 1996. However since that time a number of the cooking appliances have been replaced and the existing ventilation system is not adequate to service the kitchen. This Project is for the provision of a new ventilation system for the Production Kitchen. The kitchen must remain operational during the works and therefore works in the food production area shall only take place out of hours.
