Tender description

The Project is for the Phased Refurbishment and Upgrade of the Entrance Foyer to the Post Graduate Centre, Tower Block, Belfast City Hospital, consisting Installation of Disable Access Platform Lift and Associated Works, Flooring and Decoration Works to Lower Ground Floor (Phase 1 / Lot 1) and New Finishes to Ground floor corridor and enhancements to Lower Ground Floor (Phase 2 / Lot 2). Capital Funding is in place for Phase 1 / Lot 1. Award of Phase 2 / Lot 2 shall be conditional upon receipt of funding.
