An Economic Operator [Building Contractor] is required to undertake the refurbishment and upgrade of residential accommodation to Housing Association standards for the formation of Life Long Independent/Supported Living Accommodation for Adults with a Learning Disability. The works include the renewal of the Mechanical and Electrical Services. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists. NOTE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ARE REQUIRED.
