Tender description
The Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to enter into framework agreements with two Economic Operators for the Removal and/or Encapsulation of notifiable / licensed and notifiable / non-licensed and non-notifiable / non-licensed Asbestos Containing Materials, within its Estate based on geographical lots • Lot 1; Royal Group of Hospitals, Mater Infirmorum Hospital, Muckamore Abbey Hospital and North & West Belfast Community • Lot 2; Belfast City Hospital, Musgrave Park Hospital, Knockbracken Healthcare Park and South & East Belfast Community Works shall be carried out in accordance with all relevant UK (Including Northern Ireland) Legislation and Guidance. The Framework Agreement with the Economic Operator will be based on partnering and may involve working in conjunction with other Contractors appointed directly by the Contracting Authority.
