Tender description
The Project is for the removal of existing flat roof membrane, localised repair to timber decking, supply and installation of insulation to falls, supply and installation of new single ply roofing membrane, complete with associated works to roof lights, service penetrations, upstands and flashings at Suffolk Day Centre, Belfast Stewartstown Road, Belfast, BT11 9JP for Belfast Health & Social Care Trust (The Contracting Authority / The Employer) Works will be carried out whilst building remains fully operational. Note: Please note this competition is by invitation only to those firms registered on the CPD Health Projects Register of Contractors with appropriate Facility and Work Categories.
