Tender description
This contract will include the programming/scheduling, coordination, execution and management of demolition and enabling works for a new non clinical support facility on the BHSCT Royal hospitals site including : 1. Site compound establishment and traffic management. 2. Specialist Survey Works. 3. Building decommissioning works. 4. Asbestos survey / definition of removal strategy and removals. 5. Phased Building Demolitions. 6. Material Stockpiling and Waste Management. 7. Service disconnections and temporary works. 8. Specific 'Making-Good' tasks. 9. Provision of car park and installation of Mechanical / electrical services. 10. Maintenance of traffic routes.
