Tender description

Belfast Health & Social Care Trust (The Contracting Authority / The Employer) is seeking to appoint a Building Contractor for the fit out of a cell therapy suite and associated refurbishment / extension of the existing Plenum Building at the Royal Group of Hospitals. The existing MHRA licensed production facilities within the building shall remain fully operational and compliant during the Works. The Works shall be strictly controlled in accordance with the Validation Master Plan, including IQ, OQ and PQ activities, to comply MHRA Licensing requirements. Note: Please note this competition is by invitation only to those firms registered on the CPD Health Projects Register of Contractors with appropriate Facility and Work Categories.
