Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake alterations and improvements to the clinical areas of the School of Dentistry at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Works to include the replacing of dental cabinets and flooring, the installation of new dental chairs and associated electrical and mechanical services. In addition the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
