BH&SCT – Royal Victoria Hospital - Refurbishment of a Ward in 'A' Block

An Economic Operator [Building Contractor] is required to undertake a refurbishment of the Acute Ward in ‘A’ Block of the Royal Victoria Hospital. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists. NOTE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ARE REQUIRED.
