Tender description
Benone Beach Activity Centre The proposed project will be the building of a part two-storey activity centre with associated car parking and board-walk access across the nearby sand dunes. The building itself will include a shop, education centre and changing facilities on the ground floor with an education room located on the first floor and associated plant. A terrace with stepped and ramped access will provide external amenity space around the building. Currently a design has been developed and a planning application submitted.
