BCH Reconfiguration works at University Floor to provide a New Clinical Facility

An Economic Operator [Building Contractor] is required to undertake reconfiguration and fit out works including all associated Mechanical and Electrical works to provide new clinical space on the University Floor at the Belfast City Hospital. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists. NOTE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ARE REQUIRED.
