Tender description

BBC Science is developing its next landmark presenter-led series for both BBC1 and BBC2. We are looking for new and exciting visuals to inspire different ways of describing the universe. We want the audience to see the complexity and beauty of the world around them in a fresh and surprising way. Therefore VFX companies are being invited to submit a proposal for the Visual Effects that could be implemented for series’ of this nature. In order to participate in this tender each company must demonstrate experience of: 1.1 working with live action shots and plates for television 1.2 creating believable CGI 1.3 creating CGI for episodic television within the timescales indicated Please email how you meet these minimum standards and ensure that you provide a showreel with relevant work included and if possible any references that you feel are appropriate. This showreel will provide the evidence of the above experience and quality you can deliver. Expressions of interest must be received by 10am on Monday July 6th. If you can satisfy the above criteria we will provide you with access to the information you will need to respond to our requirements.
