Tender description

BBC Plymouth is housed on a standalone site and comprises a Victorian house and a variety of extensions totalling circa 2,400 sq m. The total number of people on site is circa 150 although there is an element of shift working. The Plymouth Change Project is primarily to address the failing broadcast technology within the building and will require consequential changes to the building and services. In addition, the Change Project will look at new ways of working and consolidation of existing work activities thereby reducing the space. There are 3 specific requirements for Professional Services as follows: Lot 1 - Lead Design and Architectural Services Lot 2 - M&E and Structural Engineering Services Lot 3 - Cost Consultancy and CDMC Services
