Tender description

1.1. The opportunity is for the provision of Catering Services to the BBC. The requirement is summarised below and a detailed catering services and average occupancy levels sets out in detail what services are required per site for the BBC estate which is attached in general project attachments. The full catering requirements comprise, but may not be limited to the four following areas:  Catering concession – cafeteria / tea bar food services (in core hours), including automated vending machines  Out of hours catering – as above delivered in non-core hours  Corporate Catering – refreshments and food provision for offices / meeting rooms and corporate events in accordance with BBC Policy  Local kitchen replenishment – staff self-making tea and coffee facilities
