The Project is for the provision of Ballymena HCC to provide Community Outpatient Facilities for Ballymena and the surrounding areas. The departments within the Ballymena HCC are as follows -: Therapy Suites Dental & Podiatry Diagnostics including X-ray and Ultrasound GP Practices Out of Hours Doctor On Call Service Consultant Led Outpatients Clinics Mental Health Clinics Community Clinics Generic Workstations The building will comprise 3 floors and the total foot print will be approximately 9000sqm. The duration of the contract will be 18 months from the award of the contract.
