Tender description

NIE Networks is the owner of the transmission network and the owner and operator of the distribution system. NIE Networks wishes to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced organisation onto a framework agreement for the provision of Plant Painting Services. The framework agreement covers the treating and painting of external surfaces to prolong the lifecycle of the plant and equipment on the network. The preparation and painting of electrical equipment and ancillary works shall be carried out at various locations throughout Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will comprise the following service areas:- a) Preparation and painting of electrical equipment b) Preparation and painting on non-electrical equipment (to include wooden doors, metal kiosks, fencing, substation shells) c) Removal of graffiti Further information can be found within the 'Scope of Service' document
