Tender description

A residential development by Westminster City Council (WCC), consisting of three adjacent sites at Cosway St, NW1, Ashbridge St, NW8 and Shroton St, NW1. The sites form part of phase 1 of Westminster’s ambitious Church Street Masterplan WCC are now seeking to appoint a design and build contractor via a 2-stage OJEU process to complete the design and carry out all construction works for the three sites. It is intended that WCC will enter into a single contract to cover all sites. Planning for all three sites was submitted in Dec ’17. RIBA Stage 3 design will be completed in Jan ’18. It is intended that the successful contractor will enter into a pre-construction services agreement with WCC in order to complete the RIBA stage 4 design and second stage tender process. The is the access point for the Ashbridge, Ashmill & Cosway St works, all applicants must sign and return the attached non-disclosure agreement prior to being given access to the tender documents. This access point and the tender will be available for the full OJEU time frame required. Once signed and returned the bidder will be invited to the PAS 91 SQ for completion within. Please note that the deadline is 12 noon on 11th May 2018 for the submission of the SQ.
