Clanmil wish to appoint a suitably qualified Architect Led Design team for delivery of a Development project at Main Street, Greyabbey. The proposed mix is 8 Nr 3p/2b houses and 2 Nr 3p/2b apartments. The buildings will be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
