Tender description
Clanmil wish to appoint a suitably qualified Architect Led Design team for delivery of a Development project at Castle Street, Comber. It is expected that the site could accommodate approximately 12 Units, we currently expect this to be based on the following mix although this may change: 8 No 3person/2bed apartments and 4 No. 2person/1bed apartments The building will be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
