Architect Led Design Team (ALDT) for Construction Project at Old Bus Depot D'dee

Tender description

The site is located on Railway Street, Donaghadee. The site is close to the Donaghadee town centre and offers privacy with uninterrupted sea views. The land was previously used as by Translink as a bus depot serving the local area, a number of small out buildings remain on the site (to be demolished) The land within is comprised primarily of hard standing. The area surrounding the site is primarily residential in character. The current proposed mix is 12 to 18 elderly (over 55’s) apartments, however this is subject to NIHE support. The buildings will be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
