Tender description

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is looking to appoint a single supplier to provide a simple online appointments booking application to enable patients to book an appointment online. The Trust’s Phlebotomy Service is currently run on open walk-in sessions with extended hours. This means patients may have to wait at busy times for their bloods to be taken. The service would like to invest in a simple online appointments booking application to enable patients to book an appointment online within a slot with minimal input. The system must be available for implementation in November 2014. Any contract awarded will be governed by the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods (Contract Version) (August 2014). An eAuction will be used for this ITT.
