Tender description

The Project is for the provision of new Emergency Department and 24 Bed Acute Medical Ward. The contract shall include the following: • Construction of new Emergency Department and 24 Bed Acute Medical Ward • Provision of new service road, car parking and street lighting • Extend existing High/Low Voltage Distribution • Extend existing IT Infrastructure • Extend existing infrastructure • Extend existing Medical Gas Distribution • Extend existing Water Services Distribution • Extend existing Fire Alarm System • Landscaping The duration of the contract will be 18 months from the award of the contract.
